Course Description
AI Creator Day Use Artificial Intelligence to Bring an Original Idea to Life Students will explore how artificial intelligence can support creativity, communication and problem-solving. During this four-hour creative technology experience, students will learn how AI works in an age-appropriate way and discover how to give clear instructions, review generated content and improve the final result. Students will use supervised digital tools to create an original project, such as an illustrated story, animated presentation, future invention, digital campaign or creative design. The day will also introduce important topics including accuracy, online safety, copyright and responsible AI use. By the end of the day, students will have: - Explored how AI is used in everyday life - Learned how to write clearer and more effective prompts - Created an original AI-supported digital project - Reviewed and improved computer-generated content - Developed critical thinking, creativity and communication skills The session includes specialist teaching, supervised practical activities, scheduled breaks and all required access to the digital tools used during the day. Suitable for ages 8–16. Students do not need their own email account.

FutureProof Education Ltd – Terms and Conditions Enrollment and Membership Enrollment is confirmed upon completing of the registration form and payment of program fees. Membership is valid for a fixed period or on a monthly rolling basis based on the program description and schedule. Membership fees are due on a monthly basis for weekly Saturday tuition sessions and full payment is required in advance for After-school programs and Holiday camps. Payment Terms Tuition Fees: All fees must be paid in full 24 hours in advance of the program start date. All Membership fees are due every four weeks from the start date of the membership. Attendance Mandatory Attendance: Students must attend scheduled lessons regularly. Absences must be communicated in advance. Repeated Absences FutureProof Education may review membership for consistent absenteeism. Centre-initiated Cancellations: If a session is cancelled, unfortunately we cannot offer refunds, reschedule lessons or provide alternative learning arrangements. Holiday Closure and Lesson Compensation Please see our website for more information about opening and closure dates. Data Protection FutureProof Education complies with GDPR and ICO and handles all personal data confidentially. Health and Safety Parents/guardians must inform FutureProof Education of any SEND, medical conditions or emergency medication needs upon registration of the process and any changes. FutureProof Education is not liable for injuries unless caused by negligence by its staff members. Behaviour and Conduct Students must behave respectfully. Disruptive behaviour may lead to suspension or expulsion without refund. Parents will be informed of any behavioural concerns and intervention in place. Cancellation and Termination - Parent-Initiated Cancellation Weekly Saturday Tuition must be cancelled no later than 4 weeks of the billing cycle. Holiday camps must be cancelled no later than 7 days of the first scheduled session. Termination by Centre For non-compliance or cancellations, membership may be terminated without refund of remaining fees. FutureProof Education reserves the right to amend these terms.
